If you would prefer to not register via the internet, AYRA provides a softcopy version of our registration form. Simply download the registration form, print it out, fill in the requested information, and then mail the completed registration form and your payment to the address listed on the registration form. A separate registration form is required for each child you wish to register. Please note that there is an additional $20 fee included in the registration fees to cover the manual processing costs of a paper application.
The AYRA Liability Waiver must be filled out by any parent/guardian that registers a child to participate in an AYRA sanctioned event such as practices, games, clinics, and pickup games. This link is provided for your convenience in case you need an extra copy.
